Alan Dale GONZALES, Executive Director
(BSCE, M.Eng.-Civil, MBA, Ph.D. candidate)
Around 20 years of experience as an International Consultant specialized in project development, management and financing of energy & environment projects involving funding from the WB, ADB, EC, UN agencies and the private sector. Former Chief Business Adviser of COGEN 3, an economic cooperation initiative between the EC and ASEAN in the field of biomass, clean coal and natural gas cogeneration.

Ludovic LACROSSE, Technical Director
(D. Eng., M. Eng.-Chem., EMBA)
Around 25 years of experience in the energy sector, 18 of which in South East Asia. Fields of expertise cover technical, policy and implementation aspects of energy, environment and GHG mitigation projects; capacity building; public-private partnerships; institutional cooperation. Former Coordinator of the EC-ASEAN COGEN Programme. Member of the CDM Methodology Panel of the UNFCCC.

Vazzan Tirangkura, Sr. Consulting Engineer
(B.Eng.-Mech., MBA)
10 years of experience in power/cogeneration plant engineering as well as in the project development, management and operation of energy systems. Significant experience as a key member of the Operation & Maintenance team within a portfolio of more than 450 MWe biomass-fired power plants.

Parinya Limthongsakul, Sr. Consulting Engineer
(B.Eng-Elect., MBA)
10 years of experience in the engineering aspects of power/cogeneration plants using biomass, coal and natural gas, and in the electrical maintenance and engineering aspects of Operation & Maintenance activities.

Quang Cu Tran, Energy and Environment
(Ph.D. in Energy & Environment)
Over 15 years of technical experience in the field of renewable energy, rational use of energy, power plant engineering, energy efficiency, water supply and environment projects. Extensive experience in capacity building and training activities.

Jidapa (Grace) Chuengprapa, Finance and Administration
(BA in French Language and Business Administration, MBA)
25 years of experience in administration and financial management of international organizations and private firms, including the PMU for the three Phases of the EC-ASEAN COGEN Programme.
