Former Chief Business Adviser of COGEN 3, an economic cooperation initiative between the EC and ASEAN in the field of biomass, clean coal and natural gas cogeneration.

Ludovic LACROSSE, Technical Director (D. Eng., M. Eng.-Chem., EMBA)
Over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, 15 of which in South East Asia. Former Technical Advisor of the EC-ASEAN COGEN Programme (COGEN 1 & 2), and Former Overall Programme Coordinator of COGEN 3. Member of the CDM Methodological Panel of the UNFCCC.
